Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the meatball ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and egg. Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork the meat).
Form meatballs: Roll into 1-inch balls.
Sear: 1-2 min each side on a hot skillet. (They are not meant to be fully cooked at this stage).
Place on the baking sheet, and Bake: 400°F for 10-12 min or till reaches 165°F
