Ingredients
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar (or balsamic, red wine, white wine, etc.)
- ⅓ cup Ballerina Farm Raw Honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ shallot, diced
- 1 teaspoon Ballerina Farm Garlic & Herb French Salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Weck Jar and shake until thoroughly mixed. If needed, pour the contents into a bowl and whisk to bring the mixture together.
