Meet the Farmhand Shake. Inspired by Daniel's go-to order, it's made with our new Peanut Butter Farmer Protein and packs about 60 grams of protein per serving. A rich, creamy milkshake with the fuel you need when there's plenty to do.
Yields: 1 (16-ounce) milkshake | Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
Farmhand Milkshake
- 1 tablespoon semi-sweet or dark chocolate
- ⅓ cup (3 ounces) whole milk
- 1 tablespoon (8 grams) unsweetened cacao nibs
- 1 ½ scoops (60 grams) Peanut Butter Farmer Protein
- Pinch kosher salt
- ¾ cup Maple Cinnamon Protein Ice Cream*
- ¾ cup ice
Cold Foam & Topping
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) whole milk
- ½ scoop Creamy Chocolate Farmer Protein
- Chopped peanuts and coarse grey French salt, for topping (optional)
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler, then use a spoon to brush it along the sides of a 16-ounce glass and set aside.
- Make the milkshake by adding the milk, cacao nibs, and salt to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and speckled with cacao.
- Add the Peanut Butter Farmer Protein, Maple Cinnamon Protein Ice Cream, and ice and blend until smooth.
- Make the cold foam by combining the milk and Creamy Chocolate Farmer Protein with a milk frother until about doubled in volume. Pour the cold foam over the top of the milkshake.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts and French salt, if using. Enjoy!
*Note: If you don't have access to our Maple Cinnamon Protein Ice Cream (sold in-store at our Midway and Kamas locations), you can substitute with ¾ cup vanilla ice cream or vanilla protein ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
