Our Farmer Jerky is made the slow way: air-dried for days to bring out the best flavor and chew.

We start with 100% grass-fed beef, slice it thin, and season it simply with garlic, rosemary, and mineral-rich French salt. Then we let time do the rest. Each bag has 40g of protein and just five ingredients.

Meat boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours. If your order is delayed please send a note to support@ballerinafarm.com and include your order number. Please be mindful that orders placed after noon on Tuesday might be scheduled for shipment in the following week.

For our non-perishable goods, we offer shipping throughout the week. While our team works diligently to process orders promptly, high demand may extend the shipping time frame to 2-8 business days (Monday to Friday). 

Perishables should arrive to you frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box. 

Once it has been fulfilled, an order cannot be canceled or updated.

You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout.   • When will my order ship?

    We ship meat boxes Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. Your meat box will ship as soon as possible on our perishable shipping days. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours.We ship non-perishable goods all week. Our team works hard to get out orders as soon as possible, but due to high order volumes, it may take 2-7 business days (M-F) to ship out your order.

  • How does the meat stay frozen in transit?

    Perishable products are packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Once the boxes are shipped, they will arrive in 24-48 hours.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    We are moving! If you want to place a pick up order (and save on shipping costs) before May 31st, please pick it up by May 31st at our Coalville location at: 51 N Main St. Coalville, Utah 84017Our Coalville Warehouse location is open Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM.*We will not be open on Monday May 27th, Memorial DayFrom May 31st onward, we will no longer be offering local pick ups, but please stay tuned as we have some exciting things in the works and will have more local shopping options coming very soon!Please email our customer service if you have any questions about local pick ups.   • Where can you ship meat boxes?

    We can ship perishable products to all 50 states. After your order is shipped, it will take 24-48 hours. If your mail is delivered via a small courier plane, we are unable to ship meat due to dry ice restrictions.We are unable to ship any perishable products internationally.

  • What products cannot be shipped internationally?

    We are unable to ship the following products overseas: Meat & Baked Goods Boxes, High Protein Farm Flour, Raw Honey, Ballerina Farm Seasoning, and the Cast Iron Skillet.
