We’re thrilled to bring back our gardening workshop this March with a special spring edition! Join expert horticulturist Madison—the green thumb behind Ballerina Farm’s flourishing produce—for a 3-hour immersive experience focused on preparing your garden for a thriving season. Enjoy a welcome beverage, a guided garden tour as it begins to bloom, a hearty farm-fresh lunch, and hands-on instruction packed with practical tips and techniques to help you grow vibrant, resilient crops. Children under 10 are admitted free, and every guest will receive a Ballerina Farm beverage to enjoy on-site after the tour or take home!

For this intimate, one-night-only dinner in Midway, Patrick and his wife, Neri, will design a beautiful tablescape inspired by their signature style and collaborate with our kitchen team on a thoughtfully curated and seasonal menu. Guests will enjoy a featured recipe from the book, bringing its pages to life in a truly special way.

Pastry Case Takeover with Patrick Williams

For one day only, Patrick and Neri have collaborated with our culinary team to re-imagine three spring-inspired varieties of freshly baked madeleines—featuring flavors such as blood orange, pistachio, and cardamom—along with a savory offering of traditional Turkish simit bread, served alongside our Ballerina Farm feta and raw honey. Their thoughtful approach to heritage and craft extends beautifully from interiors to the table, and we’re excited to share these creations with you.
This event is free and open to the public—no ticket required. We hope you’ll join us for a lovely morning of pastries, books, and conversation in Midway.

Spend three immersive hours with our expert gardener, Madison, whose hands-on experience and deep knowledge have helped shape the vibrant gardens at Ballerina Farm. This workshop will focus on caring for and maximizing your garden during the peak of the growing season—covering everything from encouraging healthy growth to keeping your plants strong, resilient, and yielding all summer long.
