Ballerina Farm is honored to welcome JR Ryall, Head Pastry Chef of Ballymaloe House Hotel, to recreate a Ballymaloe-style pastry case here at Ballerina Farm. For one day only, you can enjoy a selection of his signature pastries, made fresh in the Midway Farm Store.

High Tea with Chef JR Ryall

Join us for a special High Tea with JR Ryall, Head Pastry Chef of Ballymaloe House Hotel. Guests will be seated at small bistro tables in the store and welcomed with tea and warm Irish scones served with homemade accompaniments. Each ticket includes a signed copy of Chef Ryall’s book Ballymaloe Desserts
