Cancellation policy

Ballerina Farm subscriptions (including Encore Subscription Boxes, Farmer Hydrate, Farmer Protein Powder, Bone Broth Hot Cocao, and High Protein Farm Flour) automatically renew at the price and delivery frequency you selected and continue until you cancel. There is no minimum purchase commitment — you may pause, skip, change, or cancel at any time.

Manage your subscription

You're always in control of your subscription through your customer account. At any time you can:

  • Pause your subscription for a set period
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Change your delivery frequency, next order date, products, or flavors
  • Cancel your subscription entirely

How to cancel online

  1. Go to Manage Subscriptions (linked in our site footer) or visit ballerinafarm.com/account.
  2. Log in using the one-time code we send to your email or phone.
  3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel and choose Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation is self-service and processed immediately — no phone call or email to our team is required. Once canceled, you will not be charged again and no future orders will be created.

Cancellation timing

Subscriptions renew and your payment method is charged at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on your scheduled renewal date, which is shown in your account. To stop an upcoming order, cancel before 12:00 a.m. MST on that renewal date. Changes or cancellations made after an order has begun processing will apply to your following order rather than the current one.

Orders already processed or shipped

Once an order has been charged and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, in line with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. You can still cancel future renewals at any time so that you are not charged again.

Prefer not to cancel?

If you're canceling because the timing or quantity isn't working, you can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming order instead — both options are available anytime in Manage Subscriptions.
