MINT HOT COCOA
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ cups (20 ounces) whole milk
- 3-4 sprigs (15-20 grams) fresh mint
- 2 scoops (78 grams) Bone Broth Hot Cocoa
- Dutch process cocoa powder, for serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the fresh mint sprigs and bring to a vigorous simmer, stirring the milk constantly to prevent burning. Continue simmering for about 2 minutes, or until the mint has steeped into the milk.
- Remove the milk from heat and discard the mint leaves. Add the Bone Broth Hot Cocoa mix and whisk until completely combined.
- Pour the hot cocoa into mugs. Top with a dusting of cocoa powder and enjoy.
