Ingredients

2 tablespoons blueberries, fresh or frozen, divided

¼ inch knob fresh ginger

1 ½ cups cold, filtered water

1 fresh thyme sprig
Directions

Using either a blender or immersion blender, blend 1 tablespoon of the blueberries, ginger, electrolytes, and water until smooth.

Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with the remaining 1 tablespoon of the blueberries and the thyme sprig.
*To make in advance, follow the directions above and store in a glass bottle for up to 3 days.
