Peach Leaf Infused Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1 cup Ballerina Farm Raw Honey
• 2 cups water
• 3 lemons, zested
• 1 cup fresh lemon juice
• 5 fresh peach leaves, washed

Method

1. In a saucepan, combine the water, honey, and peach leaves. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
2. Stir in the lemon zest and let the mixture infuse for 1 hour, until cooled.
3. Strain out the peach leaves and zest, then stir in the lemon juice.
4. Taste and dilute with additional water until it reaches your preferred flavor.
5. Pour into jugs and serve chilled over ice.
