Chimichurri Dressing

Chimichurri Dressing - Ballerina Farm

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp brined capers
  • 1 tsp Ballerina Farm Salt & Spice Seasoning
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1–2 tsp chopped serrano chili
  • Zest of 1 lime

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the parsley, cilantro, capers, Salt & Spice Seasoning, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped serrano chili and lime zest.
  3. Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
