Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp brined capers
- 1 tsp Ballerina Farm Salt & Spice Seasoning
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1–2 tsp chopped serrano chili
- Zest of 1 lime
Method
- In a blender, combine the parsley, cilantro, capers, Salt & Spice Seasoning, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped serrano chili and lime zest.
- Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
