Pumpkin Chai Protein Smoothie

Yields: 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies | Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole-milk greek yogurt

  • ½ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree

  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Pie Farmer Protein

  • ¼ cup whole milk

  • ½ teaspoon chai tea or chai spice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or paste

  • ¼ teaspoon fine French salt

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Whipped cream and ground cinnamon, for serving (optional)


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping the sides of the blender about halfway through. 

  2. Pour into a large glass or divide between two glasses. Top with a dollop of cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if using. Serve immediately.
