Harvest Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw milk
  • 1 scoop of Ballerina Farm farmer protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ballerina Farm raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • Dash of Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Once blended, enjoy!
