Einkorn flour is the world's oldest cultivated wheat, known for its great taste in pancakes, muffins and pan breads. High in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, this heritage grain is nutritious and easy to digest. Here at the farm, Hannah often mixes it in with our artisan Farm Flour for a nuttier and more flavorful sourdough bread loaf. Our Einkorn Flour is finely milled locally in Utah and includes 2% Ash*. 

*Ash refers to the bits of bran and germ from the wheat kernel that is left in the flour during the milling process to increase flavor, nutrition and texture.

We recommend that you store your Einkorn Flour in a cool and dry place in a sealed food-safe container.
