Shipping policy

Meat boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours. If your order is delayed please send a note to support@ballerinafarm.com and include your order number. Please be mindful that orders placed after noon on Tuesday might be scheduled for shipment in the following week.

For our non-perishable goods, we offer shipping throughout the week. While our team works diligently to process orders promptly, high demand may extend the processing time to 2-8 business days (Monday to Friday). 

Perishables should arrive to you frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box. 

Once it has been fulfilled, an order cannot be canceled or updated.

  • Does Bone Broth Hot Cocoa taste like broth?

    No. It tastes like rich hot chocolate! Cocoa Powder leads, and French Grey Salt balances the coconut sugar and monk fruit so the bone broth stays in the background - no savory or bitter aftertaste!

  • What's the difference between Regular and Caffeinated Bone Broth Hot Cocoa?

    Caffeine is the only difference. Caffeinated Bone Broth Hot Cocoa contains 80mg of natural caffeine per serving from guarana — about the same as a cup of coffee. Everything else is identical!

  • How much protein is in one scoop?

    25g of protein per scoop from grass-fed beef bone broth and grass-fed hydrolyzed collagen. Mixed with 8oz of milk it comes roughly to 33g.

  • Can I drink Bone Broth Hot Cocoa iced?

    Yes! Whisk or shake one scoop into cold milk or water until fully dissolved, then pour over ice. It also blends into a frozen version with milk and ice! Learn more

  • Does Bone Broth Hot Cocoa contain dairy?

    Yes. It contains nonfat dry milk, so it's not dairy-free and is not suitable for a milk allergy. Milk is the only major allergen in the product.

  • How many servings are in a bag?

    20 servings per bag, at one 39g scoop per serving.
