German Pancakes

(Dutch Baby, Puff Pancakes or whatever you want to call them!)
Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter (melted in your pan)
1 cup flour
Dash of Salt
6 eggs
1 cup milk
Directions
Put butter into 9x13 dish (or in a 10 inch cast iron skillet) and place it in oven to preheat at 425°
In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth
Pour mixture into heated pan with the melted butter
Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- We like to serve with fresh berries, pure maple syrup & whipped cream!
