Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Ballerina Farm Willa sourdough discard
- 1 cup buttermilk or raw milk
- 2 scoops of Ballerina Farm farmer protein powder
- 3 tablespoons Ballerina Farm raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 Cups Ballerina Farm high protein farm flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt
*Makes about 12 pancakes
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Let the batter sit at room temperature for 20 minutes while the griddle heats up.
- Pre-heat the griddle. Lightly grease the surface, then pour ¼ cup of batter in a circular shape. Cook until the bottom is golden and bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancake and cook until both sides are fully done, about 3 minutes per side.
