Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Let the batter sit at room temperature for 20 minutes while the griddle heats up.
  2. Pre-heat the griddle. Lightly grease the surface, then pour ¼ cup of batter in a circular shape. Cook until the bottom is golden and bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancake and cook until both sides are fully done, about 3 minutes per side.
