Protein Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Farmer Protein (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch Fine French Salt
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!
