Protein Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Farmer Protein (flavor of your choice)
- 1 can chickpeas, drained

½ cup natural peanut butter

½ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch Fine French Salt

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
