Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- ⅔ cup Ballerina Farm raw honey
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 scoop of Ballerina Farm farmer protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt
*Makes 32 balls
Directions
- In a KitchenAid mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Using the paddle attachment, mix until thoroughly blended.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and continue mixing until a dough forms.
- Form the dough into 2 inch balls.
- Arrange them on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
