The Small Box Includes: Mild Italian Sausage, Fresh Fusilli Pasta, Croissants, Almond & Chocolate Granola, Fine French Salt, Oven Mitt & Potholder in Radish Gingham, Cherry Beeswax Candles, and a Saint Valentine’s Sauce Recipe Card.

The Large Box Includes: All of the contents of the Small Box, with a limited edition Scalloped Cutting Board – a beautifully crafted board for serving, preparing, or gathering around.

At the heart of this box is our Saint Valentine’s Sauce — a rich, luxurious sauce that compliments the Fresh Fusilli Pasta with a deep, comforting flavor. Made with our newest Ballerina Farm Mild Italian Sausage, this sauce carries with notes of chili, fennel seed, basil, and black pepper — bold yet balanced, perfect for a meal made with love.

The Fresh Fusilli Pasta has a shelf life of 2 months. Keep in freezer until ready to cook.

Meat is raised at Ballerina Farm and other select partner family farms, Baked Goods and Granola are handmade in Utah by our beloved Ballerina Farm chefs, Salts are hand-harvested in France and imported, Cherry Candles are made by hand in the USA, Oven Mitts and Potholders are imported, the Scalloped Cutting Board is made locally in Utah by Harvest Board.

The Scalloped Cutting Board is 24"x17" and handcrafted locally. Stained and sealed with natural products safe for all food purposes.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are the same for any size of perishable boxes big or small! Please order by Tuesday at noon MST for your order to be shipped this week!

Due to FedEx restrictions, we can only ship perishable items to residential addresses, not PO boxes. Please note, if you provide us with a PO box address our customer service will have to reach out and the shipment will be delayed.

  • When will my order ship?

    We ship meat boxes Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. Your meat box will ship as soon as possible on our perishable shipping days. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours.We ship non-perishable goods all week. Our team works hard to get out orders as soon as possible, but due to high order volumes, it may take 2-7 business days (M-F) to ship out your order.
  • How does the meat stay frozen in transit?

    Perishable products are packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Once the boxes are shipped, they will arrive in 24-48 hours.
  • Can I pick up my order?

    We are moving! If you want to place a pick up order (and save on shipping costs) before May 31st, please pick it up by May 31st at our Coalville location at: 51 N Main St. Coalville, Utah 84017Our Coalville Warehouse location is open Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM.*We will not be open on Monday May 27th, Memorial DayFrom May 31st onward, we will no longer be offering local pick ups, but please stay tuned as we have some exciting things in the works and will have more local shopping options coming very soon!Please email our customer service if you have any questions about local pick ups.   • Where can you ship meat boxes?

    We can ship perishable products to all 50 states. After your order is shipped, it will take 24-48 hours. If your mail is delivered via a small courier plane, we are unable to ship meat due to dry ice restrictions.We are unable to ship any perishable products internationally.
  • What products cannot be shipped internationally?

    We are unable to ship the following products overseas: Meat & Baked Goods Boxes, High Protein Farm Flour, Raw Honey, Ballerina Farm Seasoning, and the Cast Iron Skillet.
