This time-honored tradition of using salt to preserve beef and other meats has been passed down for generations and creates the most delicious, hearty, protein-packed snack. Ours has just two ingredients, our delicious artisanal French Salt blends and our Mountain Raised Berkshire Beef.

Our Beef is raised at Ballerina Farm and other select partner family farms. Our Salt blends are hand harvested by artisans in France, Organic and kosher certified.
