Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Bean Farmer Protein
  • ½ cup oats
  • ⅓ cup raw milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • Spoonful of Raw Honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Scoop of nut butter (optional)
  • Seasonal Berries (optional)

Directions

  1. In a lidded container, combine the oats, protein powder, and cinnamon. Give it a gentle mix to bring the ingredients together.
  2. Pour in the milk and yogurt, stirring until everything is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add a spoonful of honey, adjusting to your desired sweetness, and mix again.
  4. Seal the container and store in the fridge for at least a few hours, or overnight.
  5. When ready to enjoy, top with your favorite toppings—we love a drizzle of honey, a dollop of nut butter, and a handful of fresh seasonal berries.
