Chocolate Tahini Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Maple Cinnamon Farmer Protein Powder
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • 3-4 oz chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 3-5 tablespoons milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
  • Optional: Fine French Salt to finish

Directions

  1.  In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, Maple Cinnamon Farmer Protein, chia seeds, tahini, honey, and chopped dark chocolate. 
  2. Mix gently with a wooden spoon, allowing the ingredients to come together naturally.
  3. Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the ingredients bind together like cookie dough. 
  4. Roll the dough into small balls. For a finishing touch, sprinkle each one with a pinch of Fine French Salt.
  5. Place the bites in a bag or container and refrigerate. They’re best enjoyed within a week.
