Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
- ½ cup butter
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Creamy Chocolate Farmer Protein
- ⅓ cup Farm Flour
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- Peanut butter (for drizzling, optional)
- Vanilla Bourbon French Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add 1 cup of chocolate chips and stir until fully combined and smooth. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Creamy Chocolate Farmer Protein, Farm Flour, and cacao powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and drizzle with peanut butter, if using.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool for 15 minutes before slicing. For clean cuts, use a wet knife. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bon appétit!
