Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted in your pan)
- 1 cup Ballerina Farm high protein farm flour
- Dash of Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Put butter into 9x13 dish (or in a 10 inch cast iron skillet) and place it in oven to preheat at 425°
- In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth
- Pour mixture into heated pan with the melted butter
- Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- We like to serve with fresh berries, pure maple syrup & whipped cream!
